Uniquely designed with the blend of the natural jungle and traditional architecture, Marina Phuket Resort is situated on a hill overlooking the Karon Beach in a private tropical garden and coconut plantation of 17 acres which extends from the main road to the southern edge of Karon Beach. The hotel maintains a tranquil balance between human and nature, thus creating an environment ideal for complete relaxation ? with all modern comforts. The new and gleaming Thai-style deluxe villas are ocean facing while the newly-renovated superior rooms are facing garden view.

Our personal review

This is a lovely hotel on Karon Beach. If you feel a bit bored walking on the beach, please make sure that you do go to play a mini-golf next door. It was a delightful game to play. Do not think that it is easy...I found that it was quite a challenge. If you are addicted to television in the guestroom, please note that the hotel does not have in everyroom. Please check this out before you arrive!

Check-in and check-out time

The standard of check-in time for most of the hotels in Thailand is usually at 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 12.00 noon. In order to ensure that room will be retained for late check out until 6.00 p.m., the hotel will usually charge 50% of the nightly room rate (room rate may vary subject to space availability on that day). If you wish to keep the room for late check-out until after 6.00 p.m., a one night charge will be applied.
