The standard of check-in time for most of the hotels in Thailand is usually at 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 12.00 noon. In order to ensure that room will be retained for late check out until 6.00 p.m., the hotel will usually charge 50% of the nightly room rate (room rate may vary subject to space availability on that day). If you wish to keep the room for late check-out until after 6.00 p.m., a one night charge will be applied.
We have been informed by the resort that they are undergoing explansion of a new wing of 72 additional rooms and an additional freeform swimming pool are under construction. Disturbances to the guests should be of minimal character as the expansion is taking place at the back of the hotel.
