The Royal Cliff Beach Resort is located on a secluded headland overlooking Royal Cliff Bay and the Gulf of Siam. The resort is set on 64 acres of tropical parkland and comprises of 4 individual hotels ? The Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, The Royal Cliff Terrace, The Royal Cliff Grand and The Royal Wing & Spa. With its own beautiful and well-maintained gardens as well as its own exclusive beaches situated steps away from all accommodations, The Royal Cliff Beach Resort is truly a relaxing and luxurious haven for travelers. The 4 hotels share facilities including 10 restaurants, 4 bars, 5 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a 3-hole putting green, 2 health spas, Thai Cooking School and all of its water sports facilities.

The Royal Cliff Grandis opened in 1992 with the concept to gear for conference and incentive market and packaged tour groups. Its 372 spacious rooms are set in the 20-storey building overlooking the Gulf of Siam.

Our personal review

All rooms in Royal Cliff Grand are facing to the sea and have this best seaview. Try the spa over there. The treatment rooms may not be the best design but the way they massage you is truely relax and feel great afterward. Suggestion for you to try Yin-Yang Massage!!

Check-in and check-out time

The standard of check-in time for most of the hotels in Thailand is usually at 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 12.00 noon. In order to ensure that room will be retained for late check out until 6.00 p.m., the hotel will usually charge 50% of the nightly room rate (room rate may vary subject to space availability on that day). If you wish to keep the room for late check-out until after 6.00 p.m., a one night charge will be applied.

Message from the hotel

The Royal Cliff Grand will be undertaking an improvements at the hotel during May 01-June 30 2006. The improvements will include:

* Extending the patio area around the swimming pool.

* Adding the new Club Lounge exclusive for guests staying at the Royal Cliff Grand on the 9th floor.

During the improvement period, the hotel is making the following arrangements:

* All guests staying at the Royal Cliff Grand & Spa will be invited to use the swimming pool at the Cliff Club, the "Country Club" situated within the grounds of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and well away from any disturbances. Please note that The Cliff Club has 2 free form swimming pools with pool butler service, a restaurant and bar, as well as a state of the art gym and a host of other facilities.

* For all guests staying at the hotel during that period will be given complimentary American Breakfast Buffet, served at the Larn Thong & Terrace restaurant.
